Regulations for the Investigation of Alleged Misconduct and the Conduct of Inquiries: Amendment

The Minister of Health has, on the recommendation of the South African Nursing Council, in terms of section 45(1) of the Nursing Act, 1978 (Act No. 50 of 1978), made the regulations in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

1.    In this Schedule, "the Regulations" means the regulations published under Government Notice No. R.373 of 13 March 1970, as amended by Government Notices Nos. R.1737 of 29 September 1972 and R.1707 of 27 September 1974.

Amendment of regulation 6 of the Regulations

2.    Regulation 6 of the Regulations is hereby amended by the insertion of the expression "or a professional association or labour organization" after the expression "counsel or attorney" wherever they appear.
