NURSING ACT, 2005 (ACT No. 33 OF 2005): COMMENCEMENT

 Under section 62 of the Nursing Act, 2005, I hereby determine 15 December 2006 as the date on which, to the extent indicated below, the following sections of the said Act shall come into effect:

Sections 1 to 4, 8; 11; 13; 17 to 29; 30; 31; 37; 40; 58; 59; 61 and 62.

Given under my hand and the seal of the Republic of South Africa at Pretoria on this Twenty Ninth day of October, Two Thousand and Six.
