De-Accredited Protea Nursing School in Durban
The South African Nursing Council (SANC) has received a number of calls from prospective nursing students indicating that the de-accredited Protea Nursing School in Durban is recruiting prospective nursing students and purporting that they are still offering nursing programmes.
The SANC would like to caution the public that Protea Nursing School was de-accredited by the SANC and is no longer offering recognised nursing programmes with effect from 28 February 2020.
This was due to non-compliance to the SANC’s accreditation standards, requirements and criteria.
